Truth and Reconciliation Commission will be established to eradicate doping from cycling

The USADA desires to determine whether you have ever taken anabolic steroids, EPO, HGH and/or other banned medicines. This fact may surprise you but the anti-doping organization doesn’t plan yet to stop the investigation connected with Lance Armstrong’s doping case. So, the investigation has not been ended. The USADA desires to investigate each cyclist. Especially suspected dopers will be investigated.
The USADA desires to use the best ways in order to catch those that have ever taken banned medications. What is the best method to clean cycling of doping? The USADA puts efforts in order to define and use the best methods. This anti-doping organization is even ready to compare elimination of steroid use in cycling with that in South Africa.
The USADA claims that those who use anabolic steroids and other related medications should be punished. Consumers of anabolic steroids and/or other performance-enhancing drugs are demonized as if they were criminals. They are often compared with those that commit violence and other serious crimes. Steroids are harshly blamed in the society. So, the USADA believes that if steroids and steroid users are demonized, it will be easier to eliminate doping.
In fact, the USADA asks the International Cycling Association to base a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. The commission will investigate different cases related to doping. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission will try to define why several cyclists have administered steroids and/or other doping products but avoided detection.
Moreover, the USADA promises that “amnesty” will be provided to those that admit to using steroids and/or other prohibited substances, ask for forgiveness, repent and tell everything linked with doping to the anti-doping agency, team physicians, teammates, friends, etc. If a former steroid user says only truth, he will get the full amnesty. So, the USADA hopes to clean the sport of cycling wholly.
Travis Tygart, the CEO of the USADA, claims that there are some cyclists related to Lance Armstrong that have remained undetectable. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission should identify them.
