During an interview a journalist asked Barry Bonds about problems of Lance Armstrong related to doping suspicions. The former baseball player showed his admiration towards the seven-time Tour de France winner. He confirmed that Lance Armstrong was the most brilliant cyclist that has ever been in the sport of cycling.

Being a cyclist, he sees that this sport has the same troubles like baseball. Both Lance Armstrong and Barry Bonds were suspected of doping. They were investigated by feds and anti-doping officials.
Federal prosecutors accused Barry Bonds of lying about usage of banned products and obstruction of justice. They couldn’t prove that the sportsperson lied about administration of forbidden medicines. But feds affirmed that he was guilty of obstructing justice. The former baseball player decided to appeal the decision of the court.
