It seems that the director general of the WADA David Howman thinks that Clenbuterol is an anabolic steroid. He believes that illegal heroin doesn’t bring so much money as anabolic steroids that are legal, if they are purchased and used according to health care providers’ prescriptions. Howman is also shocked by the affirmation that steroids are used in order to enhance growth of livestock.
David Howman proclaims that use of steroids for growth of livestock is quite obvious due to contaminated beef in China. He notices that the WADA has written to the Chinese minister who has to answer what really happens in the food industry of this country.

This man thinks mistakenly like many other individuals believe that all medicines that have performance-enhancing effects are anabolic steroids. It displays ignorance of these individuals. They have to understand that not only anabolic steroids are included in the list of forbidden drugs. There are drugs which have performance-enhancing effects but they are not steroids.
Since David Howman is the director general of the World ADA, he must show significantly better knowledge related to banned drugs. He must understand the difference between such preparations as Clenbuterol and anabolic steroids.
This person confirms that steroid smuggling is much more profitable than heroin smuggling because steroids are legal in certain cases but heroin is illegal under any circumstances. Furthermore, anabolic steroids are legal in certain countries.
Howman notices that prohibited products are dangerous for youth, elite sportspersons and any person who buys and takes them not for legal needs.
