Federal prosecutors didn’t respond anything to affirmations of jurors presented for media

Names of 12 individuals (4 men and 8 women) that acted as jury at the case against the athlete Roger Clemens were released by the judge Reggie Walton.
The government desired the jury to be convinced that the athlete had lied before the Congress about usage of steroids and HGH. But since the jury didn’t believe it, the government criticized the individuals who composed the jury. Some persons that composed the jury were interviewed.
A political activist, an art historian, a teacher of deaf children, an official of Treasury Department and an employee of the Canadian Embassy composed the jury.
Joyce Robinson-Paul, a political activist, was interviewed by the New York Daily News some days after Roger Clemens was acquitted. She noted that the jurors knew that they had to be fair to both the federal prosecutors and Roger Clemens. But they didn’t find anything that had to be prosecuted.  Later she also noted that the federal prosecutor couldn’t prove their accusations.
Bradford Weaver, an employee of the Canadian Embassy stated that the government acted wrongly. He noted that such situations should not happen again. He also claimed that there was nothing to be pursued. He was interviewed by the Associated Press. Bradford Weaver also pointed out that every juror comprehended from the very beginning that Roger Clemens was not proven guilty of any charge. Bradford Weaver pointed that each juror was unanimous.
The employee of the Canadian Embassy was also asked whether he thought that Roger Clemens really took steroids. Journalists of the Associated Press also asked him whether he thought that the governmental case against the baseball player represented just the waste of taxpayers’ funds. But the employee of the Canadian Embassy refused to answer the questions.
Another juror who chose not to be identified stated that the jurors didn’t comprehend how the government made the decision to waste huge sums of money during five years in order to prosecute Roger Clemens. This person noticed that it was impossible to comprehend why the prosecution took place 5 years.
Other jurors didn’t provide any information.
As for feds, they seemed to be wholly disappointed. They refused to respond to the affirmations presented by the jurors.
